
Bacon and Egg Tart Recipe

Try this delicious Bacon and Egg Tart for breakfast or with a salad for a light lunch. Cold meat can be used instead of bacon. Also try different flavor chips.
- 1 pkt Salted Chips
- 1 cup Bacon
- 1 cup Cheese
- 2 Spring Onions
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Fry the bacon and spring onions in 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
Crush the chips in the packet.
Sprinkle at the bottom of a pie dish.
Sprinkle bacon, spring onions and cheese over the chips.
Beat four eggs, 1 ¾ cup milk, parsley, salt and pepper together.
Pour over the bacon.
Sprinkle with some more cheese it you like.
Bake for 30 minutes or till set.
Serve warm with a salad.
