Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
- 1 cup Butter / Margarine
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cream butter and sugar add beaten eggs.
- Add peanut butter.
- Dissolve soda and milk.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Roll into small balls, flatten with a fork and bake for 10 minutes or till light brown.
