Rice Crispies Nest Recipe
With only four ingredients and a packet of Jelly Beans you can make these cute nest for Easter or the kids birthday party. They are nice and crunchy with a lovely marshmallow flavour.
Servings: 12 pieces
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Margarine
- 30 Marshmallows
- 36 Jelly Beans
- 5 cups Rice Crispies
Instructions
- Line 12 muffin pans with paper cases.
- Melt the margarine.
- Add marshmallows.
- Stir until marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from stove, add rice crispies and stir well.
- Divide mixture among 12 cupcake cases.
- Using the back of a spoon, make a slight indent at the centre of each cupcake.
- Chill for an hour to set.
- Remove paper cases and put some jelly beans in the indent.
