Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Watercress tough stems removed, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups Watermelon diced or balled
  • 3 Peaches pitted & cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • Balsamic Syrup to taste
  • Coarsely ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the watermelon, peaches, and blueberries in a large bowl.
