Meatballs are always a winner and with a curry sauce makes it extra yummy. Just by adding oats to the meat makes it a nice loose meatball. Store them in the refrigerator overnight and heat them the next day. The flavor improves with time.

500gMince
50mlOats
1tbspTomato Sauce
1tspAll Purpose Spice
1Oniongrated
1Egg
Salt & Pepper
Sauce
2Onionscut into rings
2tbspOil
1cupWater
2tbspSugar
1/2cupVinegar
1tspCurry Powder
1tbspCorn Flour
1tspTumeric
1tbspApricot Jam
Instructions
Minceballs
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients and roll into balls.
Place into a greased ovenproof dish.
Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
Cover dish with foil for the first 20 minutes then remove foil.
Don't bake meat balls to hard.
Sauce
Fry onions in oil.
Mix all the other ingredients together.
Add to onions.
Cook for 5 minutes or till sauce thickens.
Pour sauce over meatballs as soon as they come out of the oven.
