Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe
This is a very tasty midweek meal that does not take long to prepare. Serve it with a salad or mixed vegetables. The tomatoes keeps it nice and moist.

Servings 4 people
- 4 Chicken Breast
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 tsp Chicken Spice
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1/2 cup Cheese grated
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cut chicken breasts in half, length wise.
Flatten them slightly with a mallet.
Season to taste.
Put some cheese on one half of each breast and then a slice of tomato.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fold chicken breast in half.
Secure with a toothpick.
Put a slice of tomato on top of each breast.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or until done.
Remove toothpick .
Serve hot.
