Ingredients
1cupHamchopped finely
2rashersBaconchopped finely
1Onionchopped finely
1/2cupCheesegrated
2tbspParsleychopped finely
1cupMilk
3Eggs
Salt & Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Fry bacon and onion.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add ham, cheese and parsley.
Beat eggs, milk and salt.
Add to the ham mixture.
Mix.
Pour into a greased pie dish.
Put some grated cheese on top.
Bake for about 45 minutes until done and lightly brown on top.
