Ingredients
2 tbspOil
1Onionchopped
1/2cupMushroomssliced
1Red Peppersliced
2/3cupGreen Beans
1tinMixed Beans
1Garlic clove
3tspApple Cider Vinegar
1/2tspCumin
Salad Dressing
3tbspApple Cider Vinegar
3tbspLemon Juice
1tspLemon Rind
1Garlicclove - crushed
1tbspOlive Oil
1/4tspCumin
Instructions
Heat one tablespoons oil in a pan.
Fry onions for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, red pepper, green beans, garlic and vinegar.
Cook for 5 minutes or until beans and mushrooms are cooked.
Stir from time to time.
Add the canned beans and the rest of the olive oil.
Heat through.
Salad Dressing
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and add to the mixture.
