2 Oranges large
2 cups Carrots peeled & grated
1/2 cup Dates chopped
1/2 cup Nuts chopped
1 tsp Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel one large orange and cut out the segments.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the second large orange.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups peeled and grated carrots, 1/2 cup chopped dates, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
