Rice and Chicken Bake Recipe
A delicious mid week meal for the whole family. Use your leftover rice and chicken from your Sunday lunch. The whole family will love this dish.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice cooked
- 1 cup Chicken cooked
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs hard boiled
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the rice, chicken, cheese, chopped eggs, chopped parsley and melted margarine.
- Beat 1 egg add to the milk.
- Put rice mixture into a oven proof dish.
- Pour milk over.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for one hour until set.
- Serve with vegetables or a salad.
