
Rice and Chicken Bake Recipe

2 cups Rice cooked
1 cup Chicken cooked
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Melted Butter
2 Eggs hard boiled
1 cup Cheese grated
1 Egg
1 tbsp Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups cooked rice, 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced), 1 cup grated cheese, 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, and 2 tbsp melted butter.
- In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg and mix it with 1 cup milk.
- Transfer the rice mixture to an ovenproof dish and spread it evenly.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture over the rice mixture.
- Sprinkle a little extra grated cheese over the top.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the bake is set and golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with vegetables or a fresh salad.
