
Fruit and Jelly Pudding Recipe

2 3/4 cups Water
1 pkt Strawberry Jelly
420g tin Fruit Salad
1 tin Condensed Milk
Instructions
- Boil 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan.
- Stir in 1 packet strawberry jelly powder until fully dissolved.
- Add the remaining cold water to make up a total of 2 3/4 cups water, then mix well.
- Set aside to cool until just before the jelly begins to set.
- Stir in 1 tin condensed milk until smooth.
- Drain 1 tin (420g) fruit salad and add it to the jelly mixture.
- Stir gently until well combined.
- Divide the mixture between 4 small pudding dishes.
- Chill overnight or until fully set.
- Decorate with whipped cream just before serving.
