1 cup Margarine
1 can Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
2 packets Vanilla Biscuits
1 tbsp Orange Juice
1/2 tsp Lemon Essence
2 cups Coconut
Instructions
- Melt 1 cup margarine, 1 can condensed milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp orange juice, and 1/2 tsp lemon essence together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Crush 2 packets vanilla biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Add the crushed biscuits and 2 cups coconut to the melted mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Remove from heat and press the hot mixture evenly into a flat glass dish.
- Sprinkle with grated orange rind and extra coconut.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
