
Chicken and Broccoli Bake Recipe

3 cups Chicken cooked
2 cups Broccoli
1 can Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Cheese grated
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Margarine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Cut 3 cups cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Blanch 2 cups broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
- In a bowl, mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and 1 tsp lemon juice until combined.
- Layer the chicken and broccoli in an ovenproof dish.
- Pour the mushroom sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs over the sauce.
- Dot the top with 2 tbsp margarine.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bake is heated through.
- Serve hot with rice or green peas.
