A nice clean and fresh salad with lots of vegetables. Leftover rice can be used for this salad. It will go well with any barbeque or even a picnic.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 Tomato
- 1/4 Green Pepper
- 1/2 cup Canned Peach Slices
- 2 tbsp Syrup from Peaches
- 1 Onion small
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables and the peach slices.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Serve cold.
- Can be served on lettuce leaves.
