This is such a quick and easy cheese and parsley bread. You can make it in no time flat. The texture is very light almost like a cake and it is simply delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Self-Raising Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 2 tsp Parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 Egg
- 3 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Sift the flour and salt together.
- Rub in the margarine till it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the grated cheese and the parsley.
- Beat milk, water, egg, mustard and mayonnaise together.
- Add to the flour mixture.
- Mix well.
- Put the dough into a prepared 21 x 11 x 6.5 cm loaf tin.
- Level the top.
- You can sprinkle some cheese on top if you wish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
