820g Peach Slices
1 cup Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Butter
Instructions
- Filling: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Drain 820g peach slices and arrange them evenly in a pie dish.
- Crumble Topping: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix well.
- Rub 1/4 cup butter into the flour mixture using your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Stir in 1/2 cup brown sugar until evenly combined.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Baking: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping is light golden brown.
- Serve hot with ice cream or custard.
