Vegan Danish Salad Recipe

This macaroni salad is ideal for your next barbeque or picnic It is full of yummy vegetables and crispy apple.  I used Vegan mayonnaise made with Tofu. Very good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Macaroni cooked
  • 1 cup Carrots chopped & cooked
  • 1 cup Peas chopped & cooked
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise vegan / normal
  • 1 Apple diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • Cook the carrots and peas until just cooked. 
  • Cool. 
  • Cut macaroni into smaller pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients and mix in mayonnaise and salt. 
  • Cool in the fridge for 2 hour for flavors to mix. 
  • Serve.
