1/2cupMargarine
1/2cupSugar
1tspWaterboiling
1tspCoffee
1/2cupApricot Jam
1tspBaking Soda
2tblsWater
1/2tspVanilla Essence
2cupsFlour
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cream the margarine and sugar.
Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
Add the jam.
Mix and add to the margarine.
Mix baking soda with 2 tablespoons of water and vanilla essence.
