Yellow Rice Recipe
The spices in this dish gives it a delicious flavor. Change the spices and you have a completely different dish. Yellow rice goes well with anything.

Ingredients

Rice

Water
boiling

Brown Sugar

Salt

Turmeric

Raisins

Butter
Instructions
Rinse the rice.
Add turmeric, salt, and sugar to the boiling water.
Add rice and cook till nearly soft.
Put rice into a sieve, drain and add raisins.
Steam for 20 minutes or till rice is cook.
Add butter and serve.
