Ingredients
3cupsWhole-Wheat Flour
1 1/4cupsOats
1tspSalt
3tbspBrown Sugar
1tbspBaking Soda
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix whole-wheat flour, oats, salt and brown sugar together.
Beat baking soda into buttermilk.
Add to flour mixture.
Mix well.
Add a little more buttermilk if dough is to hard.
Spoon the dough into a prepared loaf tin (24cm x 13cm).
