Ingredients
3 1/2cupsSelf-Raising Flour
3tspBaking Powder
1tspSalt
1/2cupSugar
1cupRaisins
2cupsWaterwarm
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Sift together self-raising flour, baking powder and salt.
Add sugar and raisins and mix.
Add the warm water and mix to a soft dough.
Spoon the dough into a prepared loaf tin.
Bake the bread 1 ¼ hours until done and light brown on top.
