This Chocolate Coconut Slice Recipe is an absolute family favorite in our house. It is topped with chocolate icing and coconut sprinkled over the chocolate for the topping. It's easy to make and only takes 20 minutes baking time.

1cupMargarine
1cupBrown Sugar
1cupCoconut
1/4cupAlmond Milk
1cupOats
2cups Selfraising Flour
1tbspCocoa
Icing
2cupsIcing Sugar
2tbspCocoa
1tbspMargarine
2tbspAlmond Milk
1tspVanilla Essence
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cream the sugar and margarine.
Add all the dry ingredients.
Add the almond milk and mix with a spoon.
Press into a greased 40cm x 27cm flat pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Pour icing over as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Let cool and cut into slices.
