1canPineapple
8slicesWhite Breadthick
4Eggs
3/4cupBrown Sugar
1/2cupMargarinemelted
1/4cupBrown Sugarfor the topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a 20cm x 20cm ovenproof dish.
Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes.
Mix lightly with crushed pineapple.
Beat the eggs and the brown sugar.
Add melted brown gradually to the egg and sugar.
Combine egg mixture lightly with the bread and pineapple.
