Fish Finger And Potato Recipe
If you have only fish fingers in the freezer then try this easy fish finger and potato dish with bacon, tomato and onion. Very yummy.

Servings 4 people
- 400 g Fish Finger
- 125 g Bacon
- 500 g Potatoes
- 2 Tomatoes meduim
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3 Onions small
- 5 tbsp Butter
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cook the potatoes and slice.
Chop tomatoes, onions and bacon.
Fry onions and bacon in 3 tablespoons butter.
Add tomatoes cook till tomatoes are soft.
Place half the potatoes in a greased ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle half the tomatoes mix over, then another layer of potatoes and tomatoes.
Arrange fish fingers on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until fish fingers are done.
