Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cream cream the margarine, oil, sugar and water together.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
Add to butter mixture.
Add walnuts and carrots.
Bake in a loaf tin for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Icing
Cream butter and yogurt together.
Add icing sugar.
Mix.
