1kgChicken Piecescooked
2tblsButter / Margarine
3rashersBacondiced
2Onionsthinly sliced
1cupMushroomssliced
1Carrotthinly sliced
1cupStock
1tspDried Thyme
2tblsCorn Flour
1/4cupParsleychopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

1cupCake Flour
1/2cupButter / Margarine
1/4cup Chilled Water
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Pastry
Sift flour and salt together.
Rub butter in till well mixed.
Add water and mix lightly.
Pie Filling
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Fry bacon until starting to crisp.
Add onion , carrot and mushrooms.
Cook till liquid has evaporated about 10 minutes.
Stir in stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix cornflour with a little water add to stock and cook till it thickens.
