Ingredients
2Eggs
1 1/2 cupsBrown Sugar
1/2cupOil
1 1/2cupsWhole Wheat Flour
1tspSalt
1tspVanilla
1 1/2cupsFlour
2tspBaking Soda
2cupsMilk
1tspBaking Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cream eggs, sugar and oil together.
Sift dry ingredients and mix into the eggs mixture.
Add milk, vanilla and dried fruit.
Bake in muffin pans 12-15 minutes.
