1/2Onionchopped
2Garliccloves
1canRed Kidney Beansdrained
1cupRicecooked
1canGreen Beansdrained
Saltto taste
2tspCumin
Chilli Powderto taste
1canTomatodiced and drained
1cupWater
2tbspOregano
2tbspCoriander
Instructions
Add oil to a large pan, fry onion and garlic until garlic browns.
Add the beans and the spices.
Mix well.
Add tomatoes and the water mixture.
Bring to the boil and simmer over medium heat until beans have absorbed most of the liquid.
