1 1/2cupsMixed Vegetables
1Onionchopped
3/4cupChickpeas
1cupStock
1cupWaterboiling
1tspCoriander
2tbspOil
1/2tspTurmeric
1tspGarliccrushed
8Cherry Tomatoeshalved
1cupCouscous
1/4cupRaisins
1tspCumin
1/2tspCinnamon
Instructions
Make a stock from the cup of boiling water and the spices.
Add stock and raisins to the couscous.
Mix and stand till all the water is absorbed.
Stir fry onion, garlic and mixed vegetables until just soft.
