Make a batch of crepes and fill them with mince and tomato filling then top it with a delicious cheese sauce. This is such a filling meal and always very popular with family and friends.

Filling
1Onion chopped
2tbspMargarine
500gMince
1tspSalt
1tspSugar
1/4cupWater
3/4cupTomatoeschopped
1tbspTomato Paste
1/4tspNutmeg
Crepes
1/2cupVegetable Oil
2Eggs
1tbspVinegar
2 1/2 cupsMilk
2cups Flour
Pinch of Salt
2tspBaking Powder
Cheese Sauce
2tbspMargarine
2tbspFlour
1cupMilk
1/4tspSalt
Pepper to Taste

Instructions
Filling
Heat the margarine in a saucepan.
Fry onion, add meat, nutmeg, and salt. cook till meat is loose.
Add tomato paste,chopped tomatoes and water.
Cook till meat is done.
Divide the meat between the crepes.
Crepes
Mix well.
Heat a 23 cm frying pan.
Add a touch of oil.
Cook crepes till light brown, turn and do the other side.
Transfer to a plate.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Cheese Sauce
Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
Add the flour, salt and pepper while stirring.
Add the milk bit by bit, stirring continuously.
Cook till smooth.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add cheese.
Combining all the steps
Place a crepe in a plate, add the filling down the center.
Roll up.
Place into a greased ovenproof dish.
Continue with the rest of the crepes.
Placing them side by side.
Pour the cheese sauce over, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180°C till brown on top.
