Rice Salad Recipe

A nice clean and fresh salad with lots of vegetables. Leftover rice can be used for this salad. It will go well with any barbeque or even a picnic.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Canned Peach Slices
  • 2 tbsp Syrup from Peaches
  • 1 Onion small
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Chop all the vegetables and the peach slices.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Serve cold. 
  • Can be served on lettuce leaves.
