A nice clean and fresh salad with lots of vegetables. Leftover rice can be used for this salad. It will go well with any barbeque or even a picnic.

cooked

Green Pepper

Canned Peach Slices

Syrup from Peaches

Onion

Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Chop all the vegetables and the peach slices.
Mix all the ingredients.
Serve cold.
Can be served on lettuce leaves.
