Curried Eggs Recipe

Mixed Vegetables

Margarine

Curry Powder

Vinegar

Stock
Instructions
Fry onion, add mixed vegetables fry until tender.
Mix all dry ingredients and moisten with vinegar.
Add to vegetable mix and gradually stir in the stock.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the boiled eggs to the curry sauce.
Serve on a bed of rice.
Garnish with almonds.
