These amazing M & M cookies are simply delicious. They are so easy to make, even the grandchildren like making them.
Servings: 48 cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 pkt M & M's
- 1 cup Margarine
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cream margarine and sugar together till fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Sift in dry ingredients.
- Mix to make a soft dough.
- Add half the M & M's.
- Roll dough into balls.
- Flatten and press a M & M on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 20 minutes or till light brown.
